Lucy was our first home-bred champion and is a very special dog for many reasons to us.  Everyone who meets her, loves her. She was a wonderful start for Faerytails, and we are grateful to Tracey Deyette for all her help along the way.  Lucy is happily retired now to a wonderful home with the Dawkins of North Carolina where she now gets to go duck hunting with her new best buddy, Buck Dawkins.  Lucy picked up 2 legs toward her JH title in 2004, and she and Buck will be going for the other 2 legs October, 2005.

After Ellie achieved her TDX  title September, 2005, Lucy became our first homebred ECM (English Cocker of Merit)!! This title also made both her sire and dam a Versatile Sire and Dam, which is achieved when they have a puppy with an ECM, and puppies with titles in all 3 venues (conformation, performance and field) ECS participate in - "Beauty, Brains and Birds".
